Refunds and Returns

As a growing, energy-based business, we currently DO NOT offer any Refunds or Returns on our products or services. Please be absolutely sure before making a purchase.

The only exception to the above is damage of any item during transit. In this case, we will either issue a manual refund (via UPI ID) to your source account or send a replacement with the next batch of orders.

To avail this, please make sure you have a video proof of opening the package with a close up of the damaged product.

Proof of Damage during Transit is mandatory for us to initiate a refund/replacement. It is requested to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunication.
